Any late check-out without written permission from our staff will be charged $100/hour. Please consider checking with your homeowner's insurance, or renter’s insurance, or if necessary, get a personal policy before traveling to Costa Rica, so anything that you bring that could become stolen would be covered, as we cannot provide any insurance for you.
