This lovely villa with tall windows, french doors, hardwood details and modern accents, is located right in front of the lake in Los Lagos. Inside, you’ll enjoy air conditioning and all the comforts of home like wifi, large television screens, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry facility. There is a living area on both levels–the upper one with a television, and the lower one that forms a single common space with the kitchen and dining area.

Outside Villa Almendro you can relax on the deep shady verandas. The upper veranda is furnished with cushioned loungers where you can relax and even nap while listening to the wind in the trees by the lake, and to the birds and monkeys that live in them. The ground-floor veranda features loungers and a dining table for outdoor meals, coffee, or chilled tropical fruit drinks. Another new addition to the Hacienda Pinilla Vacation Rentals family this year is Villa Lucia. This 5400 square foot 4-bedroom villa takes the concept of a vacation rental condo to the next level. Four bedrooms, each with a private bath, sleep up to 12 guests in luxury accommodations.

We love Villa Lucia because it has the conveniences of a condo while offering the spaciousness of a full-sized house. Casa Hamacas is our amazing newly-remodeled 6 bedroom home for up to 17 guests. This ultra-modern luxury vacation rental is designed to be both comfortable and chic, with natural materials and textures used to draw simple lines and create an atmosphere of relaxation.

Behind the home, by the pool and the oversized rancho you won’t believe, is a dream-like hammock garden with colorful hammocks placed in the shadiest spots under trees that flower in the dry season. You won’t find anything like this at any other vacation rental. In the pool, a tanning ledge is a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and water with a book and a cool drink beside you. The smallest members of the family will also love the tanning ledge where they can safely play while supervised. Beautiful tropical plants surround the home and the property, making the garden feel like a hidden corner of paradise.

The best part of Casa Hamacas, however, is that the open-air rancho that provides a full outdoor living area. The Bali-style couches and swings hung from the high rafters are going to amaze you. This property is literally on the beach, with ocean views from all rooms on the ocean-facing side of the house. The main house has 6 bedrooms, and a 7th bedroom in a small independent apartment is located above the garage. Casa Costa Blanca is a tropical vacation dream house. Each of the two floors is comprised of a full kitchen and dining area, a tv lounge space and three bedrooms. Isn’t that amazing? What other house has two full kitchens? This unique benefit is excellent for event vacations like weddings, is great if someone in your group has severe food allergies, and is very handy for families traveling together.

Decadent loungers on the terrace or under a pool-side umbrella are a perfect place to forget the rest of the world exists and sink into complete relaxation. The oversized infinity-edge pool has a tanning ledge, a section for swimming laps, and a jacuzzi built into the beachside. If your tropical dream destination includes sipping a cool drink under the stars in a jacuzzi beside the surf and sand, Casa Costa Blanca is the only place for you. Beside the pool, a large thatched barbeque pavilion has a wet bar, a refrigerator, and seating for your whole group to enjoy meals and drinks by the ocean.

This brings us to the second thing we’re featuring for you this month: the myriad of things there are for you to do inside Hacienda Pinilla when you stay in one of our amazing Hacienda Pinilla vacation rentals. Ocean sports are a favorite. Swimming and surfing are number one, but sportfishing, sailing and snorkeling are also experiences you don’t want to miss out on.
